The building has a quirky charm, showcasing its age with unique architectural details. Rooms remain clean, boasting super comfy beds that are ideal for a good night's rest.
Breakfast can feel chaotic. expect long waits of over 45 minutes on busy mornings. The decor across the hotel appears tired and could benefit from some refreshing updates. the lounge area has a dated vibe. while the room specifically was cozy, brighter lighting would improve usability, and an extra chair for convenience would have been welcomed. There were some noise issues from the streets and corridors, typical for an older establishment, which might bother lighter sleepers.

Historic charm, beautiful garden, free parking
Rooms definitely need urgent updates, especially the lack of maintenance with peeling wallpaper and rusty window frames!!! Noise from the kitchen area made it hard to relax. The shower facilities could use a thorough cleaning, too!!!

Had a great time with friends! The location was spot on, and we enjoyed visiting the Feldon Valley Golf Course. The staff were friendly, and check-in was a breeze. Just a heads-up, reservations can get mixed up, so confirm your room type before arriving.
One room had issues with cleanliness, affecting our overall experience. Bedsheets were not properly fitted, which wasn’t ideal.

Had a lovely stay in a charming old building! The breakfast room had a delightful selection, and the atmosphere was quite pleasant.
My bathroom taps were feeling a bit. 'airy'—no tops, you know? Cleaning teeth was a bit of a game of 'dodge the plug hole'!
